Hi,

Is there any better way to change the BPF Stage? other than writing a custom code ?

    The link you have mentioned applies to CRM 2016 and older version. If you are using the same then you will have to write the code (C# or JS) to change the stage automatically. If you are using dynamics 365, there are the code will be different as there could be multiple active instances of BPF on a single record.
