Assistant empty in Opportunity form

Hi everyone,
 
I'm trying to set up this features but there is something wrong.
I can see notifications by insight cards on the bulb icon and in a Dashboard but it doesn't appear on the Opportunity.
 
 
I have the same behavior on standard form.
 
Anyone can help me?

    Hi,
     
    I am using Sales trial version.
     
    For Opportunity records related to assistant notifications in the dashboard, the notifications in the assistant card are visible in the standard form.
     
    For Opportunity records that are not in the assistant card notifications in the dashboard, the assistant card is empty in the standard form.
     
     
    Therefore, please check this point.
