Hi Dileep,

If you are using Sales app in dynamics 365, you must relate the created quotes to one customer.

There is one column named Potential Customer, and it is required:

You must populate it if you want to create and save current quote.

Optional fields can be made required, but required fields can't be made optional.

If so, you can create an account/contact beforehand and then use additional logic (Workflow, other) will be needed in order to populate the Potential Customer automatically:

For example, you can create one business rule to populate it automatically.
