So we are having trouble installing the AX 2012 R3 Reporting Services Extensions and after looking into it I noticed the Net.Pipe Listener Adapter service is not running. On another install that we have this service is running fine but for reason on this install we cannot start this process. An error is thrown when you try to start the Net.Pipe Listener Adapter service or when you try to run IISRESET in the elevated command prompt. I think this service has to do with the WCF configuration. Anyone have any clue how to resolve this and start the service? Here is a screenshot of the error:

Have you looked for events in the event log of the machine?
