Missing records in Business Central

We have an extension in the Business Central that exports tables to DataLake every 3 hours. We are missing some records in the tables we see in the DataLake. All the records appear after doing a reset on tables from the extension Export to Azure Data Lake Storage in Business Central. Any idea why this is happening? We used  GitHub - microsoft/bc2adls: Exporting data from Dynamics 365 Business Central to Azure data lake storage to do the entire set up. 
 
These missing records are so random. Newly added records appear in Datalake just fine.
