How to arrange fields in columns without using grid control

Hi all, I have created a custom table, List page and card page. I want to arrange my fields in columns but without using Grid Control.

For Ex. My page have 7 fields, 3 Fields are in first group and 4 Fields are in second group when we arranging them in columns using grid these fields are getting separated by a line in their respective group (Which i have marked in the picture below)

I want to remove those lines, Is it possible ?
