When i go queue items table - then columns and find the type choice that contains all the options - im not able to delete the options that are not relevant..

There is a many-to-one relationship to each of these queue items types and when i try to delete it (the delete button is greyed out)

this tells me all of these types are the out of the box options but surely there is a way to remove the options you don't need for your organisation

    Hi,

Unfortunately you can not delete options from this field.

I tried to do that from classic under settings - customization - customize the system but system is not allowing to do that.

When you open Entity advanced settings you will Queue checkbox but this option is also grayed out for all the entities shown in Queue item Type field
