Cross Tenant Collaboration, record access, access rights.

Posted on by 70

Hi,

Cross Tenant Collaboration, record access, access rights.

We have a use case where a business owner with multiple brand name and 1 legal entity (say ABC Corp) has sales managers (SM), these SMs will recruit agents (agents get commission-based revenue) who are separate legal entities with their own brand name, so agents need to have their own tenant M365, D365, sharepoint, etc.

Agents must acquire clients for ABC Corp.

The business owners want to access the Accounts, Contacts, activities, opportunities, cases, etc. as if he is access records of his own tenant.

Back-office support, marketing support, domain expertise are provided by the ABC Corp.

Is it possible to access records between Tenant-2-Tenant? As if like the access rights are rolled up-wards towards the C-Level Executives?

regards,

Sing.
