Problem in NAV 2015 WEB CLIENT

HI

WHEN I SCAN A SERIAL NUMBER IN THE CLIENT WEB 2015, IT JUMPS INTO ANOTHER FIELD BUT IN THE NAV 2016 WEB CLIENT VERSION, IT WORKS WITHOUT PROBLEM

    Check if “quick entry” is enabled for the other fields - this is a NAV page configuration option done in the windows client. That or configure the scanner to not input a return key stroke after scanning. That is generally a scanner based configuration option.

    Hello,

    Thank you for your respond.

    However, I dont think that the problem is the scanner as I used the same scanner and the same computer.

    Your feedback is most appreciated.

    I think this was an enhancement of NAV 2016 web client onwards. 

    Since NAV 2015 is out of mainstream support since January 2020 and, overall, the enhancement made in the web client version over version has been quite a lot, I would strongly suggest you to upgrade to the the latest version (as of today, Dynamics 365 Business Central 2020 Wave 1 - version 16.x).
