We are trying to use GL 5673.0000 however my username does not allow me I receive error message “Main Account Closed”.

 

My Manager is the only one able to use the GL. Please help to find solution as to why I can’t use this GL my Manager can?

It always shows me this error message:

Is there anything else I should set up for the posting type etc?

It works in the UAT Environment but not in the PROD Environment

    Can u check if the legal entity is used by your manager is same or different where he can use this?
