PO Screen Delete Button Need to be Active ..

I have a Purchase Order but it is wrongly Approved Status is Conform and Status is Open Order. Even there is no lines in the PO but I cannot DELETE, the Delete button is disabled. Please any body can help for Data Correction of active Delete button. Thank you!

    When change management is active, you cannot delete purchase orders once they were approved and confirmed

    Thanks for Ans me Quickly ...

    if we are doing data correction in the table level than we can make active of Delete Button in Purchase Order Screen . Please give the the idea about Table level change for this issue. i want to make it active delete button for this PO.  i am working in Technical Side , Functional side person asking me do fix this issue .. any idea please share with me..
