First of all create synchronous JS to get boolean value from lookup.
Using enable rule you would be able to hide button on form.

Thankyou ,actually I'm looking for code suggestion to retrieve the Boolean value if it is in another lookup value.
For example - Session is the entity , the lookup field - Account under the account there is lookup field of flag which I want to retrieve the data in Java script. Thanks please suggest me
1. Try to build fetch xml from advance find
2. Using CRM rest builder solution you would be able to create REST call.
