Hi all, 

So I have some word templates in D365 online which were working last week, however on trying to run them today I get the error: "Error, an error has occurred." and the option to download the log file is greyed out.

I have checked and the associated account has a currency so it's no that issue.

If anyone knows if this is a known temporary bug or has a possible solution it's most appreciated.

    Graeme, Is that from a form?  I have seen references before that suggest switching forms to/from "legacy" rendering.

    Worth a try.

    Thanks Tom, it is, but unfortunately, I have tried legacy form rendering already to no avail.

    Fixed, something had changed in the XML Metadata on the word templates, I had to remove all the templates on the entity global and personal and then recreate them all again with a fresh word template taken from the entity, this time I limited my relationship choice to only those I needed, created the word template, uploaded it and it all works again now.
