BP SALES QUERY Issue

I want to roll out the Sales Portal to staff. I notice that staff cannot access queries.  I can because I am setup as an administrator.  How can I get them to run quries in the Sales Portal as they currently can in the Project Portal?  Email is fine.  There must be an easy anwer to give them data permissions.

    From the home tab,

    1) goto Business Portal > Business Portal Administration Pages > Query Organization (use the site settings)

    2) select Sales folder from the Query Organization > QueryPages

    3) On the right hand side, click button Modify under the security

    Here, give your staff (user or role) permission.

    I gave permission to Sales folder  Roles: Accounting Specialist and still cannot access the query.
