Has anyone had an issue with a user logging in and getting a totally different menu list of options than their permissions are supposed to allow? If so, did you find a way to fix it? The user was able to click on the option that was not normal (e.g. - Purchase Order Enhancement) but was not able to see the window. There were no permission changes involved. Our user was able to log out and log back in to get their correct menu list, but I'm hoping there is some way to prevent this from happening again. The user logs in to terminal services to get to GP.

Any help is greatly appreciated!

I was able to replicate the issue by clicking on the Purchasing tab before all of the other Home page stuff loaded. I talked to the user and they will now wait. Thanks so much for your help!!!

This typically occurs when logging into the company and you are seeing the menus listed before the company is completely loaded. If you wait till the date and company name turn black (this means the company is fully loaded) I would assume you see the correct menus.
