Is anybody currently using Kwiktag/Papersave to archive documents? If so, would you be willing to share your experience?

We have integrated Papersave with GP 10.0 with great results. The beginning was a little rocky - getting tech support to work with us regarding network issues and the types of scanners we had. We started out primarily using the ScanLater function and quickly started to purchase desktop scanners and are now utilizing the "attach file" function of the program instead.
