Dynamics GP start-up times

I use Visual Studio Tools to develop libraries to add functionality to GP. I seem to have an issue with every new library I add to the Add-Ins folder with the start-up time. Even adding a trivial library seems to add at least ~1 second to the time it takes to start up. What can I do to eliminate or reduce this?

    Don't add so many libraries????  Can you consolidate libraries?
