After doing the initial full integration, the datamart seems to refresh every 45 seconds, but I want to change this frequency. Since this is not an option in the front end, does anyone know in what table I may be able to change this?

This seems to be a closely guarded secret. I have a situation where it is taking 5 minutes before new data in GP is showing up in the Datamart. I am interested in any additional information anyone has on the update frequency setting.
Hi Medardo, did you get any clarification on how or if you can change this frequency in the end. I wondered if later releases of MR have now included this. I was also interested in knowing how the Trickle Technology works, e.g. I assume it is SQL based but did you get any clarification from MS support?
Actually, I just finished working with them on fixing the problem. They installed a hotfix that they released today and that seems to have fixed the problem. I am still monitoring to make sure that the problem is resolved, but it's looking good so far.
Regarding the refresh rate, the system is working well with the default 45 seconds refresh and there doesn't seem to be a reason to change it.
If you are not getting all the data from new transactions, first ensure you are using the most recent version of Management Reporter, which is RU4.
Then, I would suggest you contact Microsoft Support to help with troubleshooting.
The data mart is not refreshing correctly. As a result, the reports are not tying to what is in GP. In the production environment, after the initial full integration, the integration in the MR configuration console seems to refresh every 45 seconds, but it is not bringing over newly posted transactions.
Several weeks ago, when we were first testing the data mart configuration, I was snooping around the Management Reporter database and I recall seeing a table that appeared to have this setting. I also think that in the same table there was a setting to have MR run the full integration on a schedule, but at the present time, I cannot find this table any more.
I want to get back to this table to see if I can have the full integration run on a schedule until the refresh problem is resolved.
Besides the troubleshooting, I would also like to know out of curiosity. It seems to me that this should be a setting in the integration's configuration options within the Management Reporter configuration console.
