Vendor properties not showing

For some reason we have a user that is missing the vendor record property values. For example Terms of payment and Method of Payment . Other users with the same role access show them, except her. Any help would be appreciated.

Have you tried this?

Go to run > type "tmp" and delete all files. Second, is restart your server aos. tell us here what is standing

Deleted auc files and problem still exist

Try to delete her personal "usage information" on her profile options form., and restart her session.

Maybe a personalization hid these fields.
