In the form, I would like to show the Audit history of a 'field A' in 'field B'as a subgrid.
When I open the Audit history of 'field A', I can see everything I need. All I need to do is bring it on the form itself so that the user does not have go to Audit history and select the field to see the history specifically.
Is this possible without the use of plugins?

You cannot use OOB feauters to show audit history on form.
But you can create SSRS report for the audit history
