Hello Everyone,

Since last week I've been dealing with an issue to login to business central on Macbook. I can login to windows computers and iPhone app without any problem but when I try to login on my Macbook, I receive a message:

Something went wrong. Please try again later.

TECHNICAL DETAILS An unknown error occurred. If you continue to see this error, please provide the following information when requesting support.

Date and Time: 2021-05-21 10:52:12Z

AAD tenant ID: fa5e1dc0-92c5-423d-9bd2-xxxxxxxxxxxx

Go back home

does anyone know why is that happening? Before I could login without a problem.

Thanks,

Alex

I see there is another MAC user experiencing this issue:

Run through the troubleshooting steps on that post.  If that does not work I would recommend opening a support case.

Hello Alex - I met with the Engineer on the other post and we found some resolutions.  I will paste these below.  Appears to be an issue with AVG security:

One user resolved access issue reported by replacing his laptop, running on same IOS version...investigation still on going.

For second scenario, after we disabled/remove AVG Security from IOS/Network user was able to login and work on Prod/Sandbox environments without any problems.

On your Mac, choose Apple menu > System Preferences, then click Network. Open Network preferences for me · Select a service disable or temporary remove and check if you are able to connect.

Still running investigation on 3rd user account.

Please note, that  on 2/3 scenarios reported users were able to login on other IOS device and on W10 platform.  As a quick test, always try to connect to SaaS environments switching OFF VPN or using a different internet connection ( mobile hotspot/Wi-Fi/LAN ).
