Missing people in segment when using more than one "OR"

Hi! Is anyone else experiencing inconsistencies when creating a segment with more than one /OR/ condition? It seems like only the first /OR/ is included. People keep missing when I create segments with different OR conditions.

Hi,

Could you share a screenshot of the segment you designed?

The OR condition merges the members of two groups.
If only one group has members, the result displays the members of that group.

If neither group has members, then no members are displayed.

Sorry, I wasn't clear enough, I meant create segments using existing segment. For example: I want to create a segment that includes the existing newsletter member with new subscription members. However, even though there are no duplicates (I checked manually), the segment does not create a larger segment, but a smaller one. The segment should contain around 300 people, yet it only includes 220. And as I said, I checked all duplicates, the 31 new ones don't exist in the other segment. Is this a bug? Now it doesn't even work with only one "OR" condition.

Hi everyone.
It seems the problems persist in other segments too: Our segments do not load all contacts. Is this a bug? Does anyone know why this is happening? What can we do to get the right segment?
