How to overwritte Shipdate and delivery date in purchase orders

In the preview version 10.0.38, when the functionnality Supplier requested and confirmed shipment dates  is actived, it is possible to overwritte the calculated date ?

It can happen that the delivery schedule has an exception for a specific order. But as we change the ship date or delivery date it recalculate again the other date :

- Purchase order : The transportation days is 3 days for this adresse

Requested Shipdate : 16 January

Delivery date : 19 January

After contact with the vendor, we manage to organize transport on the 16 of January for the 18 of January.

Confirmed shipdate : 16 of January
Confirmed delivery date : 19 of January

If we change the delivery date to be correct (the 18 of january), the confirmed shipdate would be the 15 of January which is incorrect.

We could create a specific Delivery mode for that case but we will loose the purpose of it ( or we will have to create a delivery mode for each transport type for each days of transport).

Is there a way to overwritte the calculation for specific needs ?

We also noticed that the shipdate in the past is not blocked when set up in the field even though we configure the parameter to do so.

I have the same question (0)

    Hi,
I'm afraid there is no such out-of-the-box functionality at the moment. You can use custom development to override and rewrite the date calculation logic to meet your needs. If you don't have a developer, you can also enlist the help of a Microsoft partner who will provide you with customized services.: Find the right app | Microsoft AppSource.
    Best regards,
    Kevin
