Is anyone else noticing issues with Status Reason transitions
We have status reason transitions configured on a number of entities.
The Status Reason field is on the form.
When the user selects from the Status Reason and then Saves the record, the form is not making the "transition to" Status Reasons available in the dropdown. This means the user is able to select an invalid Status Reason from the dropdown that is not in the path of current Status Reason transition set. If the user manually refreshes the form then the correct transitions are populated - this is of course not acceptable to the users.
Not sure when this issue has crept in, but it used to work correctly with the Status Reason dropdown refreshing correctly after save.
