Is there a way to track or set regard the shared mailbox like "info@domain.com" in Dynamics CRM.
We have already tried the setting up the Queues in CRM for the shared mailbox. However, there are a few users who manage the shared mailbox from Outlook and they are not a Dynamics CRM users.
How can we track the shared mailbox for both Dynamics CRM users and non Dynamics CRM users?
