Deleting Users in CRM

Hello - 

We have a need to delete a user in CRM(On Premise)  that has two profiles. This is a case of an employee returning back to the company and system admin did not realize user was disabled so a new record was created with existing user id from AD. We tried to delete in SQL directly but where unsuccessful and were hoping to see if their are alternate ways for to accomplish this task. Please advise if you have any suggestions.

    Hi Ksk06,

    Don't delete user in SQL directly that's completedly unsupported...

    Users can't be deleted from Dynamics CRM once created. You can disable one of them, if they have the same email address you can change one of email address and disable the user.
