Smartlist Account Category value drop down has disappeared post Integration Run

Hi,

Our GL team had run an integration file to change categories for all Trigger Accounts to "Nolan Trigger Acct".  After the integration was completed, it appears the accounts are now correct.   However, when pulling a smartlist, the value drop down for account category no longer exists.  Also, when pulling all accounts without a search criteria - the category now has a 4 or 5 digit number representing this field.  I have a screenshot.

    Hi Nicole,

    It look like problem with dexterity related to some 3rd party tool corrupted the account category.  Please try to run GP utilities and then run check link against financial-Account Master, Financial Setup, General Ledger setup.

    Microsoft Dynamics GP menu >> Maintenance >> Check Links

    Please take a backup before doing this.

    Hi Babu,

    I have run a check links for one of our companies. It appears it has affected all 5 companies.    Can you give me instructions how to run GP Utilities?  I don't think I have tried this yet..

    Hi Nicole,

    Checklink is specific to company level and not system level.  So if you run in one company its run for only that company.  GP utilities outside GP it is available under All Programs - > Microsoft Dynamics - GP 2013 - GP Utilities and run as SA.

    It is working now. I tried to create a smartlist builder to pull in the category description rather than the number.  Deleted it shortly after, and it must have triggered something, because it is working now.  Mystery - but, not complaining.  Thank you for the support.
