Hi Everyone,
We have ms crm 2015 on-premise and for sending mail we use email router. But we are getting issue mails are not sending from crm, they show pending send and then failed . I have loaded the users in email router they are getting loaded and when I test access on email router it shows "Outgoing Status : succeeded".
When I test the mailbox by clicking "Test And Enable Mailbox". It gives me alert with error, :
Email cannot be sent because your mailbox TNS does not have an email server profile associated with it or the email server profile is inactive. Associate an active email server profile with the mailbox, and enable the mailbox for sending email.
As my knowledge, we do not have to give the email server profile when we use email router.
In email configuration setting also the email should be process by MS CRM 2015 Email router is selected.
If anyone have any idea or any solution..Please let me know.
