I'm getting the following error when installing Dynamics CRM 2016

Does anyone know what could be causing this Error?

Platform

CRM 2016 On Windows server 2016

SQL server 2012 on Windows server 2012

System.Data.SqlClient.SqlException (0x80131904): CREATE ASSEMBLY failed because it could not open the physical file 'C:\Program Files\Microsoft SQL Server\MSSQL11.MSSQLSERVER\MSSQL\DATA\Microsoft.Crm.SqlClr.Helper.dll': 32(The process cannot access the file because it is being used by another process.).

    Has any other person used SQL Server 2012 SP3 on Windows Server 2016 ?
