I really need help to solve problem Deployment manager for CRM 4.0,
when i Open the deployment manager there is snap in ERROR as below :
MMC could not create the snap-in.
MMC could not create the snap-in. The snap-in might not have been installed correctly.
Name : Deployment Manager
CLSID: FX:{1ac9de3e-24ae-480d-9e15-65386b76e433}
and there is a pop up message Unhandled Exception in Managed Code Snap-in
the message contain :
FX:{1ac9de3e-24ae-480d-9e15-65386b76e433}
The specified domain does not exist or cannot be contacted.

but this is not work, i already open the deployment manager run as administrator many times, but the result still same error as the picture above.
The condition of the server :
- OS : windows server 2003
- CRM still work fine now
- Before there is an error when open the CRM application at the internet explorer,
The server is not operational
so every user (all user) can not access CRM,
But it's already resolved by change the string value the PreferredDc at
HKEY_Local_Machine\Software\Microsoft\MSCRM
Now the CRM can be accessed, but why the deployment manager still error as above.
is there any idea?.
