Second approver not getting an email notification

Hello, 

I've created a workflow on Purchase Order, two users must approve the document for it to be released. I've used a workflow usergroup as below: 

1. User 1 - Seq No: 1

2. User 2 - Seq No: 2

Please see below the responses when the record is sent for approval

and this is a screenshot of the whole workflow

My problem is that user 1 is getting a notification email re the new approval. However once user 1 approves, there is no notification going to user 2. 

What am I missing?

    Please check if Workflow User Group is selected in the window below?

    Hi AleAlonso,

    Make sure you select the approval chain and verify the approval user setup.

    Kindly search the "Requests to Approve" in user 2, and verify if you see any approval requests.

    Did you do the Notification Setup under Approval User Setup?

    This needs to be done for each approvers.
