Fixed item price in purchasing requisition line

Hello everyone

i have a simple question: how can i do to manage manually the item price during a purchase requisition creation? We are used to populated the item number in the pr line (after a previous setup with procurement category) but we would like to change the unit price sometimes.

Currently the PR line retrives the price information on the item number card as following:
