Problems with Microsoft CRM outlook plugin in combination with Zarafa plugin.

Hello,

When i install the CRM plugin on outlook it works perfect. But when i install a other plugin that is called Zarafa the CRM plugin does not function anymore.

After searching for a long time i came to the conclusion that the data files (PST) is the problem because:

Zarafa uses a external data file and microsoft CRM only functions when the default data file is selected.

The data file cannot be setup to local because zarafa cannot function on that way.

Does anybody know how i can make microsoft CRM work without having to change the data file?

Not sure how...I guess that you should look into the registry and see if you can modify the LoadBehavior or settings that load your Zarafa plug in.

This solution works with other 3rd party plug ins so I guess it could be used in this case.

Did was not the trick for me. Do you have any other suggestions? Is it possible to work with crm without having to use the local data files from outlook?

Hi Ferry,

I think you have found the solution. If this plugin is causing the issue is there a reason you want to user this plugin with Dynamics CRM? And if yes I would say modification need to be done in this plugin not in CRM plugin.
