Unable to get both the CRM Outlook Client & CRM for Outlook App working together.

Current Environment is:

Dynamics CRM On Premise 2016, with the latest update

Exchange Online (Hybrid)

Online Exchange Server Side Synchronization enabled.

In deploy the CRM for Outlook App I followed the below article:

https://technet.microsoft.com/library/hh699726.aspx#Configure%20Windows%20Server%202012%20R2%20for%20Dynamics%20365%20applications%20that%20use%20OAuth

The issue I ran into was upon enabling the Oauth Settings, the outlook client was not able to be installed or configured.

If I disable the Oauth settings this will stop the CRM for Outlook App from working

    Hello Anthony

I am facing exactly the same issue. I couldn't find any document from Microsoft to get this working.

Can someone please shed some light on this issue?

    Thanks in Advance.
