To produce article 1 we use normally the ingredients A, B and C. So the production BOM of article 1 is A, B and C.
Now we have a left over stock of ingredient D. Two of our customers accept it when we add ingredient D to item 1 instead of ingredient C. when ingredient D runs out we will continue using ingredient C.
Is it possible to create an article BOM version specifically for two customers who accepted to use ingredient D?
