In latest version of 19.5, Business Central restrict to make a new manual item code and give below validation Results

Rounding Precision must be greater than 0. in Item No.='DF'.

Any reason why and which new setup impact it?

Looks like this is a bug that is fixed by Microsoft and about to be rolled out.
