    Hi Saleh,

Can you refine what you mean with the opening balances (only ledger or also inventory, production, projects, open sales, ... etc)? Will it be one company as of now or are you creating a new second company in AX2009?

I assume you are first testing it all in a test environment?

    Hi Saleh,

You can enter (or import) the additional balances in a general journal, check it and then post the journal. You can use the original invoice numbers to have some details. When you post the journal, it will create a new vendor transaction that will increase the open balance.

    Hi Mr. Andre,

you mean that making entries in general journal & post it , if i did what is the credit of the entries should be, like this way it will be not helpful because we have around 200 vendors.

if there is any easy way it will be better.

    Regards,

    Saleh

    Hi Saleh,

I wasn't aware about the number of transactions, but already mentioned that you can also import the list in the journal.
