Hello,

I worked on my FRx fine yesterday and I understand a few runtime errors occurred over night. Now I cannot run any reports. . We are running it through Citrix and GP is running ok.

''Unable to open\\filer\DYN_SHAR\FRxshare\Sysdata\ACTSYS32.MDB. Make sure that the file exists and that you are able to access the SysData directory.''

The error would suggest the location/file is not there but when we have a look at the system the file exists and the location in all ok.

Has anyone seen this error before please? How do I fix it?

I do believe that chances are not only limited to having incorrect path. I am mostly into thinking that there is a problem with the SysData directory. The following options are to be considered;

User Permission

The FRx32.cfg file or the System.cfg file has incorrect path information

The FRxConfig.xml file has incorrect path

The FRxSys32.mdb file or the FRxRpts.f32 file is corrupted
