Send open Invoices with Customer Account Statement

Kia ora,

We send out customer account statements monthly using an email template, batch job, and print management. A majority of our customers have an email address, only if there is no email address will they print.

We want to know if there is a way to attach/send the customers open invoices with the statement (or email them at the same time as a separate batch job).

Does anyone know of a way to do this?

Question is how you will send email if they don't have email address?

On setup: you can always setup multiple print management setup using different conditions based on customer master and define different destination for sending email

Hey, we already have different destinations set up based on the purpose of the email address in the customer account, and if no email address then they print. Looking for a way to also send open invoices with the statement (or print them if no email).
