Payroll Posting - Taking over 2 hours

We run 5 GP databases on GP2013R2. Beginning in April, one of our databases with under 200 employees began taking between 2-3 hours to post payroll when it used to take 15-20 minutes. All other databases are just a few minutes. Any ideas where to start looking? I've checked audit trail - nothing looks turned on. Not dependent on user who is posting and we've monitored the server and nothing looks unusual.

Any help is appreciated.

Hi Karen,

I saw this problem when one of our client did "database mirroring". This was in GP10. I hope it is not same in your case.

I don't think we are "database mirroring" as on a hosted environment where the entire server is mirrored vs. at the database level. Will check just in case.
