    Thanks The CRM Developer,

I am using the OOB entities Lead and Notes. And the "Change Tracking" is enabled for the both.

For end user restart and clear cache is not possible.

    Thanks

    Hi Hemant,

I would request you to check if the "Change Tracking" is enabled.

Ideally it's enabled for the OOB entities. Now in your case as you are trying to show the Notes entity this should be enabled.

But check if the regarding entity has the tracking enabled in case you are creating notes regarding any specific custom entity.

To access the Change Tracking option navigate to Settings > Customizations > Customize the System

This will open the default solution where you shall select the respective entity and in the general tab scroll down to the section Data Services where you shall find the check box named "Change Tracking"

The second thing you can do is restart the portal it takes approximately 10 to 15mins to restart.

Some times this also helps. This can be done from the portal.office.com

    Hope either of these help.
