Inventory value report -financial quantity of an item is negative

Dear All,

I would like to ask about the AX Inventory value report.

First of all, I'm running my inventory valuation report and for one of the item financial quantity was negative. Attaching the screenshot for reference

But, In the system We are not allowing physical negative inventory.

Hello Laxmi Narayana,

May be the financial negative inventory would have been allowed even if the physical negative inventory was not allowed in your case.

(we allow financial negative inventory, it simply means allowing to process inventory that only has physical transactions for it in the system. if we do not allow financial negative inventory, it would be like the goods were not here at all. The system would not allow us to do any transactions with the goods.)

Inventory transactions store all warehouse goods transactions , refer your inventory transaction for better understanding.
