We'd like to get advised how to show phone number for dropship site. Phone number currently we set was for our company phone number. However, vendors need to see the end user's phone number for dropship order which related with customer's ship to phone number on Sales Order. We are using GP 2010 and do not have VBA.
Does anyone know how to set it on PO blank Form?

Hi,
All you need to do is drag the Phone1 field from the PO Work table on to your PO. The Phone number associated with the Ship To address ID is held in that field. So, for a Drop-ship PO, that would be the customer's phone number.
Access the Vendor ID expansion window where you can see, or change, the phone number.
