Hello,
While sending a PO confirmation using Print management the email body does not go thru.
Email gets sent/received; a subject line is there and an attachment is in the email, however email body comes empty, all text is lost.
Does someone know why?

This looks like something that is adjusted. I don't have the template dropdown and the text box available in my demo machine. Can you confirm that this is a modification? If so, talk to your developer to get this fixed or use the electronic business documents where you can configure the subject and email body out of the box.

I checked a vanilla environment, and also did not find the text box.
Will try to reach our developer to confirm everything.
