Generate Allocations - Error 6033: No source amounts to allocate

Dynamics SL 2011

I'm trying to generate my allocations, but I keep receiving an error there are no source amounts to allocate. I was able to run allocations for a couple of the groups, but I'm now getting this error when I'm trying to allocate the remaining groups.
