Generate Allocations - Error 6033: No source amounts to allocate

Dynamics SL 2011

I'm trying to generate my allocations, but I keep receiving an error there are no source amounts to allocate. I was able to run allocations for a couple of the groups, but I'm now getting this error when I'm trying to allocate the remaining groups.

Did you ever get and answer on this? Just ran into this same issue in SL 2015 CU2 testing....
