19Dear to whom it may concern,
- Flow name - Insert row in Excel Business when a new email arrives in a shared mailbox(SF)- social media Leads
Please note the below information about the flow;
- Trigger - When a new email arrives to the Inbox (Outlook)
- Action - A row in excel will be created based on the Reply from Email subject -"Leads generated via social media"
- If condition is "YES" - a record must be created under the linked excel
- If condition is "NO" - No action
But the issue is that the linked excel wont get updated all though a reply has been received to the mentioned Email inbox.
Kindly verify;
- if the defined sequence of the flow is accurate?
- Also , mention the batch job run recurrence ?
