Unable to see Purchase order Preparation workspace

Two users with identical permissions, licenses, organisational access and job roles. One can see the purchase order Preparation workspace , the other can't.

May I know what are the prerequisites to be setup for the PO preparation workspace to be visible?

Hi,

Can you check if the workspace is only not visible on the default dashboard or is this user also not able to see this workspace via the Procurement and Sourcing menu?
If it is only on the default dashboard, then it might be hidden using a personalization.

Hello,

Could you clear the cache and check for that user to see if the workspace is displayed? If you have modified and assigned it to user, it might not have been copied or could have overlapped the workspace. Please clear the cache or remove the workspace—this might resolve the issue. Another option is to check with the System Administrator role and ensure the necessary security roles are assigned.

A few questions:

1. Are you looking to view something specific under the Purchase order preparation workspace like Approved without confirmation details, In Review, In Draft screen etc. or its the workspace as a whole the second user is unable to view?

2. Are there any Purchase orders that are running based on a workflow?

3. Has user number 2 been assigned the privilege "View purchase order preparation workspace" and this duty "Maintain purchase orders"?
