Onchange event does not get fired after upgrading from CRM 2015 to CRM 365

Posted on by Microsoft Employee

Hi Guys

Quick question

What could stop an onchange event to get fired on a form.

The field in question is a drop down and it should enable/disable some other fields in the form based on the selected value from the drop down.

However the event does not get fired. I have put an alert in the top of the onchange event function and it never shows up.

    Hi,

could try with enabling the "use legacy form rendering" community.dynamics.com/.../206273

If it works that means that you will have to rewrite your code to support the new turboform
