Hello Team,
I am facing below error while installing eConnect for GP2018 R2 (18.2). I am not able to understand what is going on. I have tried to intall eConnect on SQL Server but the same error.
FYI-1. Dynamics GP is not installed SQL Server.
2. service Account used for eConnect assign to as DYNGRP for each company and DYNAMICS database.

If your SQL Server name is correct and the GP system database name is correct, try marking the 'SQL Authentication' option and put in the 'sa' login and password, to see if that changes anything.
What this is meaning, is that it doesn't detect that the GP system database is at the location you're stating it should be, for whatever reason, it doesn't need the Dynamics GP application to actually be installed on that server.

Much appreciated for your reply. I have tried with 'SQL Authentication' also. It didn't work. I am able to connect GP and it works perfectly but not sure what is going on.
Any other suggesstion/recommendation is appreciated.
