how to reduce the form name size. ?

Unsupported means that you are accessing the DOM using JavaScript of jQuery by accessing a particular element of the form and modifying it.
In this case you would access the page title and change the text.
Like previous answers, unsupported code might work, but change can possibly break your code in future releases or updates.

Please note that unsupported code will break in future, meaning you have to maintain it every times. Are you sure you want to do that??, would be good if you can advise your client again.

Unfortunately you can't change the font size in CRM as of now. There are other ways to do but they are not supported .
